Order Information
Now that you have decided which model and what size is right for you it is time to order.
There are three simple steps:
1. Download the order form
2. Measure all measurements at least three times
3. Fax or mail the form
to Try&Bom, Inc. (Fax 503-488-5859)
Please make sure that you fill in the correct measurements and colors on the order forms.
It is advised to take two to three sets of measurments to ensure that the measurements
on the form are as close to exact as possible.
Custom Order Delivery
We are trying to deliver Kustermann custom orders within 7-9 weeks,
but it will occassionally take longer due to conditions outside the control of Try&Bom Inc.
Orders are finalized when measurements and colors are verified by Try&Bom Inc.
This process takes 3-4 days, so please make sure that orders are received by the 10th
to make sure that your order will be delivered the following month.
Standard Order Delivery
We carry some equipment in stock. Please email or call us to get the latest stock list.
If an item is in stock, it is usually shipped within 24-48 hours. If the item is not in
stock, it will be ordered from Kustermann and will be in by the next shipment. For such orders,
please follow the same guideline as for custom sized orders, allowing 5-7 weeks from order
to delivery.
Custom Size Measurement
Needed to measure: Cloth tape measure, small belt to show the natural waistline.
It is very important to make exact measurements without any additions or deletions.
Kustermann will make any adjustments needed for pants, allowance for movements, etc.
